Stay Well this Winter
Winter weather can be bad for your health.
Here are ways you can stay well this winter:
-Keep warm, keep well.
-Get a flu jab if you are eligible.
-Wash your hands.
-Drink fluids, eat well.
-Keep your prescription medicines up to date.
-Look out for others.
-Ask advice from your pharmacist if you start to feel unwell.
-Call your GP or 111 if you need more help.
-For life threatening emergencies, call 999 (as at any other time of year).
