Welcome to The Village Surgery
With patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has recently been updated to make it easier for you to gain access to the information you need about both of our practices (Amenbury Lane in Harpenden and Marford Road in Wheathampstead).
We believe in the benefits of continuity of care and thus on registering with us you will be given a 'named' GP so that where possible you can be treated by a doctor who knows you.
Our reception team are the first point of contact for all patients at the surgery. They are dedicated and highly trained staff and will do their very best to help you.
As part of the Harpenden Primary Care Network (PCN) we share a variety of specialist clinicians with the other two Harpenden practices. On occasion it may be more helpful for you to see one of these members of our team and reception will be able to help you with this. We also work closely with our community pharmacy teams and for simple conditions or medication queries we may make a referral to them for you.
